Paparahi was established in 2022 specialising in business development services for Māori businesses across New Zealand.

Few businesses offer business support from which a Māori worldview guides the mahi being done. This often makes it challenging for Māori businesses to access the support they need to grow and scale their business. This is what brought to life Paparahi, which can be understood as foundations. Papatūānuku e takoto nei ko te paparahi – Papatūānuku who lies here is the foundation. Like mother earth, foundations are what keep us standing and supported. They are the layers we build upon for growth.
