Recycling and processing of post-industrial plastic with a current capacity of 1,900 tons annually.
We crush and regrind the waste plastic where it then enters a palletising machine where the material is melted, de-gassed, passed through laser screens to removed impurities. From there we can customize the material by with additives such as UV stabilizers, colour or flame retardants. It then passes through cutting discs to produce a clean recycled pallet ready to go back to manufacturers that produced the waste in the first place, or we can use the material ourselves to make new products that are 100% recyclable.
