Tertiary Education Grant & Tumate Mahuta Memorial GrantTertiary education grants are available to registered iwi members pursuing higher education, whether it is at a university, technical institute, private training entity or waananga.
To better align with the traditional semester structure, we have now changed our grant eligibility from financial year to calendar year – only one grant application is available per individual within the calendar year. This means if your grant application was successful for Semester A, earlier this year, you are not eligible again until 1 January 2024.
