Te Whakakitenga o Waikato Incorporated, its related entities, business partners and other external agencies (“we”, “our”, or “us”) have established Te Hiringa Housing Development.

Your personal information is being collected so that we can consider your application expressing your interest in purchasing a Townhouse or Duplex with our Te Hiringa Housing Development, verify your information against our tribal registry and other criteria as set out in our form, and for the other purposes set out in this application form.

Personal information is defined in the Privacy Act 2020 (“Privacy Act”) as “information about an identifiable individual”.

Please fill in ALL areas of this form where your personal information is requested. If the information you voluntarily provide is not accurate or complete, we may not be able to consider your application until such information is provided.

In agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Statement and submitting your application to us, you authorise the release of, and use of, your personal information to and by our kaimahi for all the purposes set out in this application form. This may include sharing part of your personal information with our subsidiary, Tainui Group Holdings Limited (“TGH”), for the purpose of facilitating your application if you meet our criteria and are eligible. The personal information that we share will be limited to your name, your contact details such as your email, phone number and physical address.

Your personal information may also be used and published by us for our own publicity and promotional purposes, if that is the case, we will first contact you for your approval. Successful applicants may also be contacted for our own internal evaluation for the purpose of improving our systems and processes.
