Te Whakakitenga o Waikato Incorporated, its related entities, business partners, and other external agencies (“we”, “our”, or “us”) are hosting and running the Employers Breakfast: Launching Te Waharoa | Gateway to the Trades in Taamaki event.

Your personal information is being collected so that we can register your interest and participation in the event, verify your information against our tribal registry and other criteria as set out in our form, and for the other purposes set out in the application form.

This may include sharing part of your personal information with our event partners, who we have partnered with to deliver the event. The personal information that we share will be limited to your name and organisation name.

Your personal information may also be used and published by us for our own publicity and promotional purposes. If that is the case, we will first contact you for your approval. As a participant in the event, you may also be contacted for our own internal evaluation for the purpose of improving our systems and processes. Additionally, we may contact you about similar events and opportunities in the future.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is safeguarded against loss, unauthorised access/disclosure or modification, and misuse in accordance with the Privacy Act.
