Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Tektus office by providing practical administrative support and helping keep things organised, connected, and running well. This role contributes to a workplace grounded in Tektus’ purpose and values, where people are supported to do their best work.

Key requirements of the role include:

Office Administration

Support day-to-day office operations, including reception, mail, and general enquiries.

Keep the office organised, stocked, and fit for purpose.

Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and shared resources (including vehicles).

Team Support

Provide practical support to the team, including document formatting and basic administration.

Assist with onboarding new employees (e.g. setup, welcome packs).

Help organise internal meetings, travel, and team events.

Operations & Processes

Keep shared records, contact lists, and documentation.

Support simple financial admin (e.g. receipts, invoices, petty cash as needed).

Assist with maintaining templates, policies, and internal processes.

Liaise with IT, facilities, or suppliers for minor requests.

Communication & Culture

Coordinate internal updates and reminders.

Help create a positive, well-organised team environment.

There is scope over time to take on more responsibility, including helping improve systems, processes, and how we work as a team.
