Including our collective mahi, we have been working together in organisational development for over 8 years and have extensive experience across the private and public sectors. Our collective careers span 45 years+ across our partnership. We are fully committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and building equity and inclusion through our Mahi.
We formed Whakawhitinga in 2024 with a mission to make our services more affordable and accessible to organisations that are closely aligned with achieving our shared purpose. We see our role as supporting and uplifting internal capabilities so that our clients create the habits and practices to sustain our mahi long after we have finished. We are highly skilled at building engagement and alignment that enables organisations to execute their strategic intent and achieve their goals.
