We are a whaanau owned and operated Eco accommodation destination based in Whaingaroa – Raglan nestled on our majesty maunga Karioi.
Our off the grid cabins cater to those who want to tap out of the busy, turn off the laptop and tune into nature. We take pride in our kaitiakitanga (care for the environment) where no waste water enters any of our waterways and moana. While you stay you will be the kaitiaki immersed in birdsong with and our resident Tui and Kereu who regularly swoop through the tree tops. We are surrounded by rich local history for you to explore or if prefered you can just stop and chill on the deck with your favourite book and sipping your favourite drop. For those very keen water people, surfing and swimming at the local spots are minutes away and for the hiking/ biking enthusiasts a perfect spot to be. Time to prioritise you and your special person and life.
What you will experience is an undisturbed reconnection to nature surrounded by native bush, access to panoramic views of ocean and memorable sunrises and sunsets, and to top each day off with star gazing magic moonlit evenings over the open firepit.
We also are able to offer Sauna and Spa pool sessions and for the adventurous Raglan harbour cruises and Raglan kayak tours, Surfing lessons with local legend Te Whaanga.
