With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, I have worked on a diverse range of specialized projects in both residential and commercial sectors—including high-rise apartments, educational facilities, correctional centers, hotels, marine structures, community projects (notably government-funded Marae initiatives), interior fit-outs, and remedial work.

I’ve held senior management positions for over 13 years across Australia and New Zealand and have owned my own business for 5 years. I am a proactive leader with a pragmatic approach to resolving on-site and off-site issues, balancing technical and commercial considerations to ensure successful project delivery.

As a qualified Project Manager and former business owner, I understand the complexities of the construction process and the importance of thorough property assessments. My extensive experience in pre-purchase house inspections allows me to provide clients with clear, detailed reports to help them make confident decisions.
