Terms and Conditions for "Win an Overnight Stay at the new Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel for 2 People" Competition

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the "Win an Overnight Stay at the new Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel for 2 People" competition ("Competition") conducted by Te Whakakitenga o Waikato Incorporated ("Organiser") located at 4 Bryce Street Hamilton New Zealand. By participating in this Competition each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility: The Competition is open to all registered tribal members of Waikato-Tainui aged 18 years or older as of the date of entry.

3. Entry Requirements: To enter the Competition participants must follow the entry instructions and complete the survey provided by the Organiser. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in only one entry being considered. The draw closes on September 6th 2024. The winner will be notified by email and/or the contact details they have provided via the survey.

4. Prize: The prize for the Competition is an overnight stay for two people at the new Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel. The prize includes a one-night accommodation package, breakfast, dinner for two (valued at $80.00 per person), one non-alcoholic beverage per person, and valet parking. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by the Organiser. The draw will take place within 5 business days after the Competition closing date. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within 2 business days after the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Redemption: The winner must redeem the prize within the expiry period of the voucher. The stay at the Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. The winner must comply with the hotel's booking and cancellation policies.

7. General Conditions: The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost, delayed, or misdirected entries. Participants agree to allow Waikato-Tainui to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

8. Privacy: By entering the Competition, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Organiser for the purposes of administering the Competition and for other purposes set out in this entry form. Please fill in ALL areas of this form where your personal information is requested. If the information you voluntarily provide is not accurate or complete, we may not be able to accept your entry into the Competition. By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this entry form and submitting it to us, you authorise the release of and use of your personal information to and by our kaimahi for all the purposes set out in this entry form. If you are selected as the winner of this Competition, you authorise us to disclose your personal information to Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel for the purpose of facilitating your stay and only in relation to this Competition. Your personal information may also be used and published by us for publicity and promotional purposes, and the successful participant may also be contacted for evaluation and review. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is safeguarded against loss, unauthorised access/disclosure, or modification and misuse in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Your personal information will be collected and held by the Organiser at 4 Bryce Street, Hamilton, New Zealand, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. 9. Liability Disclaimer: The winner is responsible for any damage caused to Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel during the stay. The Organiser makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the quality, suitability, or condition of Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel. The Organiser will not be liable for any dissatisfaction issues or complaints arising from the winner’s experience during the stay, including but not limited to the quality of service, amenities, or accommodations provided by the Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel. Any concerns or disputes regarding the Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel stay must be addressed directly with Te Arikinui Pullman Hotel management.
