Level 2 First Aid Course | July

In partnership with Hato Hone St John and the Waikato District Council, Waikato-Tainui are pleased to offer a Level 2 First Aid course.

Please note that spaces are limited, with only 20 spots available for this training.

This 1.5-day assessed course is ideal for workplace first-aiders in high-risk environments, those working outdoors, or anyone wanting to build on their first aid knowledge and practical skills. The course is delivered face-to-face and includes hands-on learning, group work, and simulated emergency scenarios. Participants will be required to demonstrate competency in practical first aid tasks, including CPR. Please be aware that if you are unable to perform CPR on the floor for the required duration, you may not meet the criteria for certification.

Course Requirements:

• Must be 14 years or older

• Able to kneel on the floor and perform CPR for a minimum of two minutes

• Able to complete assessments in English (written, verbal, and practical)
